Our Location

Walkin on Water operates everyday at beautiful Greenmount Beach Coolangatta

Walkin’ On Water Surf School is located at the pristine Greenmount Beach Coolangatta on Queensland’s Gold Coast in Australia

Walkin’ On Water is based at the southern end of the Gold Coast and, we think, by far the best part of the Gold Coast! Our location is perfect for Coolanagtta Learn to Surf Lessons with Greenmount Beach Coolangatta providing ideal waves and the perfect backdrop for you to learn to surf with us in our Coolangatta Surf School.

You can find us and our learn to surf school vehicles in Coolangatta, in the Greenmount Beach car park. This is adjacent to the Greenmount Surf Club (more correctly known as the Tweed Heads and Coolangatta Surf Club)

Our surf school is based at Grenmount Beach Coolangatta

If you are looking for a street address to put in GoogleMaps or a SatNav, a good address to use will be 136 Marine Parade, Coolangatta. We are located directly opposite in the Car Park. The corner of Marine Parade and Hill St, Coolangatta is another good reference point.

We are a matter of minutes from the Gold Coast/Coolangatta Airport with the drive being no more than 5 to 10 minutes.

We are easily accessible by public transport. Buses travelling both north and south stop on the main street of Coolangatta, which is an easy 5 minute walk from our location. If you are travelling South, your best stop will be to get off at the Twin Towns Club. If you are travelling North, your best stop to get off will be the Twin Towns Resort stop. Once you get off the bus at both bus stops, simply head straight towards the beach front. You will walk into the Greenmount Beach car park and you cannot miss our big colourful truck (or colourful van). For assistance in getting Public Transport to our Surf School at Greenmount Beach, go to the Journey Planner at Translink

Greenmount Beach Coolangatta is on the same beach front as Coolangatta Beach, Greenmount Beach is just the southern half of the beach, while the northern half is Coolangatta Beach.
