Walkin' On Water will again be hosting and again be the major Queensland host of the Rip Curl Girls Go Surfing Days Learn to Surf Lessons at Greenmount Beach, Coolangatta on the Gold Coast.
The dates for this years event have been confirmed and have been brought forward to November for the 28th and 29th of November. The lesson times are 9am, 11.30 am and 2pm.

The Girls Go Surfing Day lessons are $50 per person per lesson. In the lessons participants will learn the basics of surfing in a girls only surfing environment and at the end not only have had a great introduction to our fantastic sport of surfing with a fun filled lesson of paddling and surfing but each will also receive a Rip Curl Girls Go Surfing Showbag which includes a Rip Curl Girls Go Surfing event singlet top plus other event products.

The Rip Curl Girls Go Surfing Day is the world's largest event-based surfing program.
RIP CURL GIRLS GO SURFING DAY is essentially a "grass-roots" learn-to-surf program, targeting both non-surfers and beginners of all ages.

The Rip Curl Event Lessons will be held on both Saturday and Sunday at 9am in the morning and then again at midday. There are only limited spots available over the weekend in these lessons so to ensure you secure a spot, ring or email the Walkin On Water Crew and we will sign you up for the Event.

Being so closely affiliated with Rip Curl, last year we offered much more than the other surf schools running the Girls Go Surfing Days. As well as perfect conditions, great surf, beautiful sunshine and fantastic lessons in our Girls Go Surfing Days, we also had the media, Rip Curl tents and extra prizes for participants as well. It was a sensational weekend and we are very excited about it in December.
