The feedback we get from our nudie SurfGroms programs are excellent and we are stoked to be working so closely with new nudie SurfGroms to develop surfing at the grass roots of our amazing sport.
Not only is it an ideal location for entry level surfers but being home to the first ASP Event on the World Tour, our waves are excellent for all levels of surfer.
Thank you for another fabulous SurfGroms program last week. Sabine and Xavier really enjoyed level 2 last week with joey and Brendon. They got so much out of the week and really built up their confidence, particularly dealing with a variety of conditions. They’ve hired soft boards this week and keeping up their practice every day.
Our youngest, Imogen was enrolled for level 1 but as it turned out she was not quite ready. But joey and Brendan were so good at keeping her included in the group for the safety classes and warm up games, which was the most that she could cope with, but very much appreciated. Imogen is keen to try level 1 again next summer when she gets a bit bigger and has a bit more confidence. Sabine and Xavier are already planning level 3 with you again.
It worked well to combine the level 1s and 2s. Joey and Brendan were great with all the groms in the group. They built up a special trust with the kids from the outset and were always therefor them with huge smiles and endless encouragement. And their knowledge was immense.
Looking forward to more groms with you next summer. Until then, keep up the great work and thanks again.

“Hi Jamo, we had a fabulous time and Dan helped our daughter Jenna so much that she’s been on our back about getting the next lot of lessons hehe. Regards Donna”
“Hi Jamo, The boys thoroughly enjoyed doing the SurfGroms program with Pepe in the first week of the holidays. Pepe was great with the kids, they looked forward to going to the lesson every day and were thrilled when they could get up on the board. We will be back next time we are at the coast. Kind regards Kirsty”
“Harrison really enjoys his surfing with Walkin on Water. With every other sport he has done, there has been a pressure to succeed and the fun is taken out of it very quickly, but with his surfing this does not happen. The crew that is currently together is made up of a great group of kids, who are all very supportive of each other. Also, Pepe has been amazing with them while Dan has been away. With both Dan and Pepe it is like the kids are surfing with an Uncle or family friend, they feel safe, learn a lot and have fun. Talk soon. Sam”
